Planning is a crucial part to get things done. Especially – get done what’s more important. We’re happy to introduce new ways to save time on planning with Focuster and hope you’ll enjoy these new features and updates.

1. Completed Actions in Calendar

Now you can look back at what you had accomplished that day or week and see your progress right on your calendars – in Focuster and your Google Calendar, or in both.

If you’d like to see completed actions in Focuster Calendar, use the Show/Hide toggle to turn it on and off in Focuster:

If you’d like to see completed actions in your Google Calendar, just turn on “Leave completed Actions in Calendar” in Settings. Then anything you complete will show up on your Google calendar when you completed it.

2. Specify the start time for new actions

When adding a new action to your list, simply type the time you want it to be scheduled for, and Focuster will automatically pin this action:

If you’d like to learn more about the Pinning feature – check out this article.

3. Select the action duration from the list

Pretty often we have some standard duration for our actions. Focuster now allows to save time and select the duration from the list:

You can also adjust the default time of action duration in your Settings.

If you’d like to learn more about Focuster and features, check out our Help Docs.

That’s it for now. We’ll continue to work on improvements and additional features, and would love to hear from you. Please reach out with any feedback or feature requests.
